Our guests are housed in Charleston's gorgeous Embassy Suites hotel. The $450 festival rate is based upon quad occupancy.

If there are only three participants in one suite:  There will be an extra $45 charge per person, so the registration fee would be $495.

If there are only two in the suite:  There will be an extra $134 charge per person, so the registration fee would be $584.

The hotel is a short drive from Yeager Airport in Charleston, W.Va. Please note that your group will NOT need transportation during your time in Charleston. You are only responsible for getting to the hotel at the start of the festival and for your transportation home.

Our hotel is centrally located in Charleston's downtown district,  right across from the Charleston Town Center Mall. The mall features 130 stores and a  large food court. For a list of local restaurants in Charleston, please click here.

 Guests enjoy a hot, made-to-order breakfast each morning at Embassy Suites. There are  many amenities for participants to enjoy, including an indoor swimming pool, an on-site  restaurant and a business center.
